• XIT reserves the right to terminate your service or change your rate plan, if less than 75% of your usage over 3-consecutive billing cycles, is not within XIT's 7,500 Square-Mile Home Coverage Area.
• Airtime charges apply from the time you press SEND to the time you press END.
• $200 Early Termination Flat Fee applies. If phone is returned within fourteen (14) days in like-new condition, with all components in original box, early termination fee will be waived.
